Sarah Schrank

Sarah Schrank is Associate Professor of History at California State University, Long Beach. She has published on issues of art and urbanism in American Quarterly, Journal of Planning History, and in the anthology The Spaces of the Modern City (Princeton University Press, 2008), and serves on multiple advisory boards related to public art and preservation. Sarah Schrank is a 2008-2009 recipient of a John Randolph Haynes and Dora Haynes Research Fellowship at the Huntington Library, and was a Shelby Cullom Davis Center for Historical Studies Fellow at Princeton University in 2004-2005. She received her Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego.
